In section 1 of the [1982 c. 41.] Stock Transfer Act 1982 (transfer of certain securities through a computerised system), in subsection (3), in paragraph (b) for the words “paragraph 4 of Schedule 13 to the Local Government Act 1972” there shall be substituted “section 43 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (borrowing powers)”.
