The Prevention of Corruption Act 1916
3In section 4 of the [1916 c. 64.] Prevention of Corruption Act 1916 (short title and interpretation), at the end of subsection (2) (meaning of “public body”) there shall be added “and companies which, in accordance with Part V of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989, are under the control of one or more local authorities”.
