SCHEDULE 13 U.K. Consequential Amendments

The Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1978 (c. 22) E+W

41 (1) In section 25 of that Act (effect on certain orders of parties living together), in subsection (1)(a) for the words “6 or 11(2)" there shall be substituted “ or 6" ”. E+W

(2) In subsection (2) of that section—

(a) in paragraph (a) for the words “6 or 11(2)" there shall be substituted “ or 6" ”; and

(b) after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted “ or" ”.
