34In Schedule 3 to the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973 (the probation and after-care service and its functions), in paragraph 3(2A) after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted— “and
(c)directions given under paragraph 2 or 3 of Schedule 3 to the Children Act 1989”.
