15E+WIn section 176(1) of the Factories Act 1961 (interpretation), in the definition of “parent", for the words from “or guardian" to first “young person" there shall be substituted “ of a child or young person or any person who is not a parent of his but who has parental responsibility for him (within the meaning of the Children Act 1989)" ”.
