Textual Amendments

F1 Sch. 11 para. 9 cross-heading: for the words "Supreme Court Act 1981" wherever they occur there is substituted (1.10.2009) the words "Senior Courts Act 1981" by virtue of Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4), ss. 59, 148(1), Sch. 11 para. 1(2); S.I. 2009/1604, art. 2(d)

9 E+WIn paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the [F2 Senior Courts Act 1981] (distribution of business to the Family Division of the High Court), the following sub-paragraph shall be added at the end—

“(e) proceedings under the Children Act 1989”.
