Direction for settlement of instrument by conveyancing counselE+W

13E+WWhere the High Court or [F1the family court] decides to make an order under this Act for the securing of periodical payments or for the transfer or settlement of property, it may direct that the matter be referred to one of the conveyancing counsel of the court to settle a proper instrument to be executed by all necessary parties.
