In section 39 of the M1National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (medical and dental inspection of pupils etc.)—
a
in subsection (1), after the word
“authority” there shall be inserted the words “
or at any self-governing school
”
;
b
in subsection (3), after the word
“authority”, where it first occurs, there shall be inserted the words “
and of every board of management
”
; and
c
in subsection (4), after the word
“authority” there shall be inserted the words “
and of every board of management
”
