7In section 17(5) of the Public Utilities Street Works Act 1950 (exclusion or restriction of certain consent requirements), for the words “section twenty-one of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919” there shall be substituted the words “section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989”.
