Parliamentary disqualification etc. U.K.

6 U.K. [F1 In the M1 House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, in Part III of Schedule 1 (other disqualifying offices), there shall be inserted (at the appropriate place) the following entry—

“Chairman of a customer service committee established under section 6 of the Water Act 1989.”;

and the like insertion shall be made in Part III of Schedule 1 to the M2 Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975.]
