Enactments applying particular provisions of Schedule 3 to the 1945 ActE+W
53E+WThe repeals made by this Act shall not affect the operation of the following enactments (each of which applies provisions of Schedule 3 to the 1945 Act), namely—
(a)sections 12(7) and 14(5) of the M1Control of Pollution Act 1974; and
(b)sections 11(5) and 12(2) of the M2Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.
