The Agriculture Act 1967 (c. 22) E+W

34 E+W In section 50(3) of the Agriculture Act 1967 (bodies which are excepted from control of sale of certain land), for paragraph (g) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(g) the National Rivers Authority or any water undertaker or sewerage undertaker;”.
