Section 90 of the 1976 Act E+W

31 E+W In paragraph (a) of section 90(6) of the 1976 Act (grants to water authorities for the acquisition of land and rights over land), for the words from “conferred” to the end of the paragraph there shall be substituted the words “of the National Rivers Authority by virtue of the Water Act 1989 to acquire land by agreement or compulsorily”.]
