56 Duty of Housing Corporation and Housing for Wales in relation to racial discrimination. E+W

At the end of section 75 of the 1985 Act (general functions of the [F1 Relevant Authority]) there shall be added the following subsection—

“(5) Section 71 of the Race Relations Act 1976 (local authorities: general statutory duty) shall apply to the [F1 Relevant Authority] as it applies to a local authority.”
