81E+W+SIn section 33 of the M1Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987 (sequestration of person holding realisable property), in subsection (2)(b) for the words “under subsection (6) of that section” there shall be substituted the words “ “under subsection (10) of section 31 of that Act or subsection (6) of the said section 32 of that Act ”.
