68E+W+SIn section 26 of that Act (tenants of certain public authorities excepted from provisions about service charges etc.) in subsection (3)(c) after the words “Housing Act 1980” there shall be inserted “ “or paragraph 4(2)(b) of Schedule 4A to the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 ”.
