30E+W+SIn Schedule 6 to the M1Highways Act 1980, in Part I, in paragraph 1(3)(b)(i) after the words “Rent Act 1977” there shall be inserted “ “and licensees under an assured agricultural occupancy within the meaning of Part I of the Housing Act 1988 ”.
