8E+WIf the Secretary of State certifies that possession of a house which has been vested in or acquired by a housing action trust for the purposes of Part III of this Act and is for the time being held by that trust for the purposes for which it was acquired, is immediately required for those purposes, nothing in the M1Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 or the M2Rent Act 1977 or this Act shall prevent that trust from obtaining possession of the house.
