In section 5 of the Marine, &c., Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967 (provision of material for broadcasting by pirate radio stations)—
a
in subsection (3)(a) for the words from “cinematograph film” to “in the record” substitute “
film or sound recording with intent that a broadcast of it
”
; and
b
in subsection (6) for the words from “and references” to the end substitute “
and “film”, “sound recording”, “literary, dramatic or musical work” and “artistic work” have the same meaning as in Part I of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (copyright)
