6In section 70 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 (which relates to the enforcement of duties imposed under that Act and other enactments), after the words “education authority,” in both places where they occur, insert “a School Board,”.
7In Schedule A1 to the Education (Scotland) Act 1980, in paragraph 7(d), omit “school council” and substitute “School Board”.
