233 Expenses. E+W

There shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament—

(a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State [F1 , the Minister for the Civil Service or the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster]under this Act; and

(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.
