12In paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 (tribunals under direct supervision of the Council on Tribunals), after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(c)appeal committees constituted for the purposes of section 58(5)(d) of the Education Reform Act 1988.”
