90 U.K. At the end of section 15(11) of the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (offence of failing to comply with supervision requirements) there shall be added (but not as part of paragraph (b)) the words “but not liable to be dealt with in any other way".

91 U.K. At the end of part II of Schedule 1 to that Act there shall be added—

“CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT 1988 (c. 33)

30 Section 134 (torture).”
