47 Short title, commencement and extent

(1) This Act may be cited as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988.

(2) Sections 23, 24, 27, 28 and 37 to 40 of this Act shall come into force on the transfer date.

(3) This Act extends to England and Wales only.
