15U.K.In section 127(1)(a) of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 (enterprise allowance), for the words “by the Manpower Services Commission” there shall be substituted the words “ (whether before or after the coming into force of section 25 of the Employment Act 1988) ”.
