30 U.K. In paragraph 36(3) of Schedule 2 to the Administration of Justice Act 1985 for all the words preceding “any reference” there shall be substituted the words “ (3) In sections 745(3) and 778(3) of, and paragraph 14(5) of Schedule 15 to, the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 ”.
