18E+WIn section 3 of the Maintenance Orders Act 1958 for subsection (2) there shall be substituted the following subsection—
“(2)Subject to the provisions of the next following subsection, an order registered in a magistrates’ court shall be enforceable as a magistrates’ court maintenace order within the meaning of section 150(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980.”
