7In the Opencast Coal Act 1958—
(a)in section 3(1) for the word “Board” in the first place where it occurs there shall be substituted the words “British Coal Corporation (in this Act referred to as “the Corporation”)”;
(b)in section 14A(6) (a) for the words “National Coal Board” there shall be substituted the words “British Coal Corporation”;
(c)for the word “Board” wherever else it occurs and the word “Board’s” wherever it occurs there shall be substituted respectively the words “Corporation” and “Corporation’s”; and
(d)in section 51(1) after the definition of “compulsory rights order” there shall be inserted—
““the Corporation” means the British Coal Corporation”.
