SCHEDULE 1 British Coal Corporation: Consequential Amendments

The [1980 c. 66.] Highways Act 1980

39 In section 290 of the Highways Act 1980, in subsections (5) and (7) for the words “National Coal Board” there shall be substituted the words “British Coal Corporation” and in subsection (5) for the words “that Board” there shall be substituted the words “that Corporation”.
