1—Any reference in any previous enactment to “standard amenities” as set out in section 39 of the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1968 or in section 7 of the M1Housing (Scotland) Act 1974 is a reference to the standard amenities for the purposes of Part XIII as provided for in section 244.S
