99Sequestration for rent or feuduty and arrestments other than arrestments of earnings
(1)Sections 16 to 18, 23 and 26 of this Act shall apply to a landlord's or superior's right of hypothec and its enforcement by a sequestration for rent or feuduty as they apply to a poinding.
(2)Section 16 of this Act shall apply to an arrestment other than an arrestment of a debtor's earnings in the hands of his employer as it applies to a poinding.
