[F3(1)] An appeal to the Inner House of the Court of Session may be made against any decision of a Lord Ordinary or a sheriff principal under[F4section 77(1),] section 79(5) or section 80(1), (2), [F5(3A), (3B), (4), (4A), (6), (6A) or (8)(b)] of this Act
[F6(2)The decision of the Inner House on an appeal under subsection (1) shall be final.]
