2Where a warrant of sale is varied under section 35 of this Act, there shall be chargeable against the debtor the expenses incurred in the application for the variation and the execution of the warrant of sale as varied but, subject to paragraph 4 below, not in the application for, and the execution of, the original warrant of sale.
