137Regulations in respect of linked long term policies
In section 78(2) of the [1982 c. 50.] Insurance Companies Act 1982 (regulations in respect of linked long term policies) after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—
“(aa)restricting the proportion of those benefits which may be determined by reference to property of a specified description or a specified index ;”.
