45(1)Any power of the Chief Registrar of friendly societies to make regulations, rules or orders which is exercisable by virtue of this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument and the [1946 c. 36.] Statutory Instruments Act 1946 shall apply to any such power as if the Chief Registrar of friendly societies were a Minister of the Crown.
(2)Any such power of the Registrar of Friendly Societies for Northern Ireland shall be exercisable by statutory rule for the purposes of the [S.I. 1979/1573 (N.I. 12).] Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979.
(3)Any regulations, rules or orders made under this Schedule by the Registrar may make different provision for different cases.
