32A transferee body shall at least once in each year for which the transfer order is in force make a report to [F1the Commission] on the discharge of the functions transferred to it by the order and on such other matters as the order may require and [F1the Commission] shall send a copy of each report received by [F2the Commission] under this paragraph to the Secretary of State who shall lay copies of the report before Parliament.
