An Act to amend section 17 of the Crown Agents Act 1979.

Be it enactedby the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
In section 17 of the Crown Agents Act 1979 (interest on Crown Agents commencing capital debt payable during initial period only if Secretary of State so determines)—
(a)in subsection (9), for the words from " five " to " seven " there shall be substituted the word
“twelve”; and
(b)subsection (10) shall cease to have effect.
This Act may be cited as the Crown Agents (Amendment) Act 1986.
