28 E+W An offence under any of the following provisions of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971—

(a) section 4 (restriction of production and supply of controlled drugs),

(b) section 5(3) (possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply),

(c) section 8(a) or (b) (occupiers etc. of premises to be punishable for permitting unlawful production or supply etc. of controlled drugs there).

29 E+W An offence under section 6 of that Act (restrictions of cultivation of cannabis plant) where the cultivation is for profit and the whole or a substantial part of the dwelling-house concerned is used for the cultivation.]
