The [1984 c. 27.] Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

6 In section 38(4) and (7) of and paragraph 31(a) of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 there shall be substituted for the word " commissioners "in each place the word " commissioner ".
