In section 39 of the [1973 c. 14.] Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 (settlement etc. made in compliance with a property adjustment order may be avoided on bankruptcy of settlor), for the words from " a settlement of" onwards there shall be substituted the words " a transaction in respect of which an order may be made under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1985 (transactions at an undervalue and preferences) ".
