In subsections F1(9) to (11) of section 46 of the 1974 Act—

any reference to an application or complaint made under that Act shall be construed as including a reference to any such application or complaint as aforesaid made under this Schedule; and
c
in the case of subsection (10)(c), any reference to a solicitor shall be construed as including a reference to a recognised body F3or, in the case of such a complaint as is mentioned in paragraph 16(1A) F8or (1B) , to a manager or employee of such a bodyF9or (as the case may be) to an employee in a recognised sole solicitor’s practice .
