1 U.K. The repeals in the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 have effect on the coming into operation of regulations under section 71A of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979.

2 U.K. The repeal in the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 has effect on the coming into operation of paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Act.
