In the M1Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980—
a
in section 2(1), at the end of paragraph (k) the word “and” shall be omitted and there shall be inserted—

a joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985;

in section 20(1), in the definition of “local authority”, after the words “City of London” there shall be inserted the words “the Inner London Education Authority, a joint authority established by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1985”;
