In section 16(2)(b)(i) of the Maintenance Orders Act 1950 (enforcement of maintenance orders in other parts of the United Kingdom), at the end there shall be added the words " or an order for financial provision in the form of a monetary payment under section 8 of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985 ".
