102 Jurisdiction.S

[F1(A1)The First-tier Tribunal has jurisdiction, either in the course of any proceedings relating to a dwelling-house or on an application made for the purpose by the landlord or the tenant, to determine any question as to the application of this Act (other than Part IX) or as to any matter which is or may become material for determining any such question.]

(1)The sheriff shall have jurisdiction, either in the course of any proceedings relating to a dwelling-house or on an application made for the purpose by the landlord or the tenant, to determine any question as to the application of [F2Part IX of] this Act or as to any matter which is or may become material for determining any such question.
