1SIn the entries numbered 2 and 3 in Part I of this Schedule the distance limit specified in column 2 shall, in relation to land required for the provision of new means of access to premises from a public road, have effect with the substitution for the distance there mentioned of a distance of 800 metres from the middle of the road.
2SWhere the boundaries of any road will be altered in consequence of an improvement proposed to be made under any enactment in relation to the road then, for the purposes of this Act, the middle of that road shall be the middle of it as proposed to be improved.
