25In paragraph 7 of Part II of Schedule 6 to the [1970 c. 18 (N.I.).] Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 for the words "Part III of the' Finance Act 1975 " there shall be substituted the words " the Capital Transfer Tax Act 1984 ".
