(1)In this Act—
" the 1980 Act" means the [1980 c. 66.] Highways Act 1980 ; and
" motor vehicle " means a motor vehicle within the meaning of the [1972 c. 20.] Road Traffic Act 1972.
(2)Except where the context otherwise requires, any expression used in this Act which is also used in the 1980 Act has the same meaning as in that Act.
