19To avoid doubt, it is declared that any reference (express or implied) to anything done by or to, to the employment of, or to any agreement or other thing subsisting in relation to or otherwise affecting London Regional Transport—
(a)in this Act; or
(b)in any statutory provision amended by this Act;
is to be read, in relation to anything occurring before the appointed day, as a reference to anything done by or to, to the employment of, or (as the case may be) to any agreement or other thing subsisting in relation to or otherwise affecting London Regional Transport under their former name.
