14 In section 132(1) of the [1968 c. 67.] Medicines Act 1968, in the definition of " food and drugs authority ", for " Food and Drugs Act 1955 by section 198 of the [1972 c. 70.] Local Government Act 1972 " substitute " Food Act 1984 by section 71 of that Act ".

15 In paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 3 to that Act, for "section 89(1) of the Food and Drugs Act 1955 " substitute " section 76(1) of the Food Act 1984 ".
